FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH LIMITED MOBILITY, A POOLSIDE CHAIR LIFE IS AVAILABLE TO ASSIST UPON REQUEST.
WIFI IS PROVIDED AT NO CHARGE AND CAN BE ACCESSED THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING.
BICYCLES ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE BUILDING AT ANY TIME.
A BICYCLE RACK IS LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING, WHERE YOU CAN SECURE YOUR BICYCLE WITH A PERSONAL LOCK.
THERE ARE NO ASSIGNED PARKING SPACES, HOWEVER, VALID PARKING PASSES ARE REQUIRED AND MUST BE PROMINENTLY DISPLAYED IN YOUR VEHICLE AT ALL TIMES.
VEHICLES MUST BE PARKED WITHIN THE DEMARCATION LINES OF ONE SPACE ONLY!
VEHICLES WITHOUT A REGISTERED PARKING PASS WILL BE TOWED!

PARKING AREA ON SOUTH SIDE OF BUILDING IS RESERVED FOR DAYTONA DINER GUESTS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7 A.M & 2 P.M. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED & VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED.
NO TRAILERS, OVERSIZED VEHICLES, BOATS OR MOTOR HOMES ARE PERMITTED IN THE PARKING LOT AT ANYTIME. SEE FRONT DESK PERSONNEL FOR A LIST OF ALTERNATE PARKING LOTS IN THE AREA.
NO PARKED VEHICLE MAY OCCUPY MORE THAN ONE PARKING SPACE AT A TIME OR PARK IN A MANNER THAT DOES NOT CONTAIN THE VEHICLE COMPLETELY WITHIN ONE PARKING SPACE.

ALL SECURED AMENTIES ON THE PROPERTY, INCLUDING THE COMMUNITY , FITNESS AND GAME ROOMS, RESTROOMS, & BEACH GATE ARE ACCESSIBLE WITH YOUR SECURITY KEY. THE SAME KEY WILL UNLOCK ENTRANCE DOORS TO THE BUILDING.
BE AWARE THAT ENTRANCES TO THE BUILDING ARE LOCKED AFTER BUSINESS HOURS!

CASTAWAYS OWNERS WHO CHOOSE TO SMOKE SHOULD BE AWARE OF SECOND HAND SMOKE ISSUES THAT MAY AFFECT THEIR NEIGHBORS WHEN NON-SMOKERS ARE TRYING TO ENJOY THEIR ADJOINING BALCONY. EXCESSIVE SMOKE SEEPING UNDER DOORS CAN ALSO POLLUTE HALLWAY AND BE A NUISANCE.
SMOKING IS ALWAYS MOST CONSIDERATE WHEN DONE OUT OF DOORS AND SHOULD BE DONE IN DESIGNATED AREAS.
DAILY IN-ROOM MAID SERVICE IS NOT PROIDED; PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE, HOWEVER, AND CAN BE SCHEDULED VIA THE FRONT DESK AT AFFORDABLE RATES
LONG TERM RESIDENTS WHO WISH TO HAVE MAIL DELIVERED TO THEM AT CASTAWAYS CAN OBTAIN A MAILBOX AND KEYS AT THE FRONT DESK. A $10 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED.
PEST CONTROL WILL BE CONDUCTED IN ALL UNITS AND COMMON AREAS MONTHLY.
